I don't know how to PC it. I'd heard rumors of these glitched (not customized, contrary to the way most of them are) Bonus Mission Pack shields being around before the past day or so when I saw someone spamming to sell one in Kama. He showed it to me in trade, and it did not say customized on the tag. (All my own BMP gear, shields and foci included, come customized to my character with the grey line at the bottom of info tag.)

But there was just the past hour or so a game update:

Fixed a bug that caused shields and focuses from Bonus Mission Pack collectors to not be Customized on purchase.

Does the shield in your picture still look like that after the update, or did the update customize it?
